FACILITIES

 

We have 3 sections at Purefit Gym:  the cardio training section, weights training section, and the studio for freestyle training.  This is designed to give you variety to keep you motivated.

Purefit Gym

CARDIO TRAINING

We have treadmills, stationary bikes, and elliptical machines for your cardio needs in this section.

Purefit Gym
PRT OR WEIGHTS TRAINING

In this section we have:

  • Plates up to 800 lbs.

  • Dumbbells up to 50 lbs.

  • Selectorized RP Smith Machine

  • Selectorized RP Super Rack

  • Selectorized Pec Dec Machine with Reverse Flyes

  • Olympic Flat/Incline/Decline Benches

  • T-Bar Row

  • Leg Press

  • Preacher Curl

  • Dip

  • Abdominal Bench

Purefit Gym
STUDIO

This is the section for freestyle training.  Members can do their pre and post-workout routines here as well.  Some classes might be held in this section too.

 

Dumbells from 1 to 5 lbs. are available, along with medicine balls and yoga mats.
